  3. Data Onboarding: Once the foundation was set, we uploaded all historical training data for the home and enrolled all staff members.

  4. Management Handoff: We held a dedicated 1-to-1 session with the management team, focusing on reporting, oversight, and how to use the system to manage compliance effectively.

Phase 2: Accelerated Group Rollout (The Remaining 6 Sites) With the complex configuration work complete, rolling out the system to the remaining 6 sites was dramatically faster.

  • Efficient Implementation: Each subsequent site only required 2-4 days.

  • Proven Process: We simply replicated the successful data onboarding and training process, plugging each new home into the correctly configured foundation.
