Project Overview: Qualitas Healthcare Group – Lessons Learned & Deep Dive Auditing
Care Match UK took a proactive role in enhancing safety and quality at Qualitas Healthcare Group, by implementing a structured program of “lessons learned” and deep dive auditing.
Working closely with Qualitas Healthcare Group, our initiative focused on:
- Targeted Monthly Deep Dives: Systematically selecting a new critical topic each month (e.g., safe use of bed rails, Mental Capacity Act adherence, medicine administration) and conducting thorough 3-day digital deep dives across a wide spectrum of services.
- Incident Alignment & CQC Guidelines: Our investigations were meticulously aligned with CQC.com guidelines, ensuring that lessons learned from incidents directly informed improvements.
- Comprehensive Assurance Reporting: Upon completion of each in-depth investigation, our dedicated team delivered a comprehensive assurance report. This report included detailed findings and, crucially, attached continuous improvement plans tailored to address the identified areas.
Through these rigorous investigations and actionable insights, Care Match UK played a pivotal role in not just identifying issues but actively contributing to the ongoing enhancement of services and ensuring the safety and quality of care at Qualitas Healthcare Group.
