As a large care provider with 76 services spread across the UK, Maria Mallaband Care Group (MMCG) faced a significant challenge in their digital transformation journey. Fifty percent of their homes were already using a digital care plan system, while the other half were still operating on paper-based records. This created a divided digital landscape that hindered consistent data management, reporting, and operational oversight.

In-depth, hands-on training for all staff, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence they needed for a successful go-live day.
On-site support on the day of system launch to resolve any issues immediately.

By the end of the 2-year project, MMCG had successfully unified all their systems onto a single platform. This strategic move eliminated data silos and created a central source of truth for their entire organization.

A key outcome was the development of their internal capabilities. Our partnership enabled MMCG to build their own team of specialist trainers who are now equipped to support the ongoing management of their digital systems.
